The Fine Art Fair at Hempstead House will feature 20 independent artists of different mediums at the historic Gould-Guggenheim Estate on the Gold Coast of Long Island. Exhibitors will be invited and selected based on their professionalism and presentation. We are currently accepting applications for painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, drawing, watercolor, digital art and fiber works. Our inaugural art fair in 2024 had over 900 attendees. When is the deadline to submit my application?
The deadline is October 15, 2024.
How will I know if I’ve been selected?
Selected artists will be notified by email by November 1, 2024.
What is the fee to participate?
The booth fee is $350-$450 depending on size and location.
What is the Booth Size?
Exhibitors are required to display their work in a neat, professional manner, using either display panels or a safe, secure display system. Last year, exhibitors used a mix of tables, easels, and display panels. Additionally, we have space available for six (6) 10x10 pop-up tents; however, please note that tents with canopies will not be permitted.

We know that advertising the show is an important part of ensuring success for our artists. We spend a significant amount of time and resources on advertising.

About the Hempstead House:
The Hempstead House is the embodiment of Gold Coast opulence. It is one of four mansions on the grounds of the Guggenheim Estate. The Tudor-style castle served as a summer residence for the family where they hosted grand parties, performances and exhibitions by world-class artists, and gatherings of the powerful elite of the time.
Today, the Sands Point Preserve Conservancy is a community treasure, open to the public and is committed to arts, culture, education, and environmental initiatives.
